We accept returns or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery — email support@velvexa.ca with photos and you won’t need to ship anything back unless we ask. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items can’t be returned. We don’t offer automatic size exchanges, so check the size guide on each product page before ordering; if you need a different size, contact us and we’ll help where we can.
It’s built to smooth your line, not add bulk. Seamless styles finish nearly invisible under most fabrics; firm-compression styles trade a little more structure for extra hold. Either way, clothes fall cleaner over it.
